SunPoint Realty is a full-service property management company serving residential, commercial, and industrial properties in Southern California. Our goal is to provide our clients with low cost yet high quality management that maximizes the value and income of client assets. We currently manage over 200,000 sq ft in the Southern California area.
Pricing
Our pricing is negotiable, but typically we charge the following residential management fees:
$150 per month for 1 unit
$80 per month for multiple units (apartment complexes)
For commercial properties our fees range from 3% to 7% depending on the size of the building and management duties. Our management contracts can be canceled at any time at no cost, and there are no setup fees involved.
