Lease-Only Service:
Residential Lease-Only Fee: 40% of first month's rent ($300 minimum)
Commercial Lease-Only Fee: 2% of negotiated lease value (or 5% if there is an agent representing the new tenant)
Lease-only service includes:

• Advertisement of your vacancy
• Showing of your vacancy to potential tenants
• Thorough screening of potential tenants
• Preparation of the lease
• Collection of the signed lease along with first month's rent and deposit
